Orders, Payments and Taxes
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payments must be cleared in full before shipment.
Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss
We utilize insured, white-glove logistics partners for all deliveries. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. While we aim for prompt fulfillment, delivery timelines are estimates and subject to regional courier factors.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Standard non-custom inventory may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Items must be in original, unworn condition with laboratory certificates intact. Exchanges are subject to stone availability. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
Custom and Bespoke Orders
Custom designs and personalized gemstones are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The bespoke process begins upon receipt of deposit and cannot be canceled once production of the unique piece has commenced.
Authenticity, Certifications and Grading
We guarantee the natural origin of our stones. Every significant piece is accompanied by a recognized third-party laboratory grading report. These certificates verify weight, clarity, color, and treatment status of the gemstones.
